Graduated from Hasselt Hotelschool as a chef, I have always been interested in food and drinks. My fascination for Italy as a country and its food, wine and liquors made me turn to making limoncello at home.
I used an authentic Italian recipe and only use 100% biological ingredients which results in a pure, authentic flavor.
